Welcome to the Gender Pay Gap Report section of the Elior UK website. From April 2017, companies with more than 250 colleagues are legally required to calculate their Gender Pay Gap Statistics.
Elior UK welcomes this within our business, the increased transparency will help to influence positive change, not just within the Company, but nationally and we are committed to accelerating the rate of change and taking further action to develop and support our diverse and inclusive workforce.
This activity supports and underpins the Elior Group’s corporate social responsibility strategy and commitments on gender equality and the stand against discrimination.
