Section 172 Report
The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018 require Elior UK to publish a statement explaining how the Directors have given due regard for the matters set out in section 172 (1) (a) to (f) of the Companies Act 2006 while performing their duty to promote the success of the Company for the benefit of its members as a whole ("s.172 statement").
Elior Group Responsible Sourcing Charter
The objective of the Responsible Sourcing Charter is to share Elior Group’s commitments with its suppliers and to ensure their participation in this process. Elior Group wishes suppliers to sign up to these principles and to collaborate with the Group in implementing compliance with this Charter and, if necessary, to take any appropriate corrective actions as part of a continuous improvement process.
Lifetime of Enrichment
Our Lifetime of Enrichment campaign aims to deliver a ‘lifetime’ of social value across economic, environmental, and social factors at every life stage.
Alongside centrally driven activities like charity partnerships and sourcing from socially conscious suppliers, we’ve asked our 10,000 colleagues to support the campaign, taking 2 paid volunteering days every year, with activities logged centrally to track contributions, measure impact and recognise individuals – fostering a culture of giving across the business. The campaign’s target is to deliver 28,835 days of social value by 2025, equivalent to the average number of days in a lifetime.
