In addition to Elior UK community initiatives, we allow our people two paid days out of the business to spend time volunteering and engaging with local charities to make a difference.
Supporting vulnerable people
We support Refettorio Felix – arranging supply drops and extra staff for the vibrant community kitchen and drop-in centre, supporting rough sleepers, the homeless, and those struggling with their mental health.
Lifetime of Enrichment
Lifetime of Enrichment is our social value campaign which is aimed to deliver a lifetime of social value across every life stage.
With a mission to have every colleague in our business to help drive this campaign, along with our suppliers and partners, we are on track to deliver 28,835 days of social value by 2025, which is the equivalent of the average lifetime.
Alzheimer's Society
We are proud to support the Alzheimer’s Society, the UK’s leading dementia charity. We will help to fund life-changing projects through various fundraising activities and also working together on a number of specialist projects.
Adopt a School
Our team support the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Chefs Adopt a School initiative. This focuses on teaching children the pleasures and benefits of eating tasty and nutritious food.
