CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Julia joined the Elior UK Board in September 2021. In her position as Corporate Business Development Director, she has responsibility for the sales development of the UK business delivering the development strategy across each of the market sectors at a time of huge opportunity for growth and innovation. She is also Chair of Lexington, which involves working closely with the Lexington sales and operations team on business retention and growth.

As former Managing Director of Lexington, part of the Elior family, she helped transform the Lexington business into one of the leading award-winning contract catering companies in London and the South East. She led a truly people-centric business through a successful acquisition and launched two successful brands to broaden business development opportunities – Lexington Independents and Lexington Reception Services.

Julia is recognised as a role model in the industry and is regularly asked to speak at events. She has also been shortlisted for numerous awards including The Cateys and Woman of the Year at The Shine Awards.
