Contract caterer, Elior UK, has taken home a 2nd award for its customer service programme, eXperience.
Judges at the Training Journal Awards 2012 last week placed Elior first (Gold) in the Best Customer Service Programme category. This follows on from the FSM Award for Customer Service awarded to Elior earlier in the week.
Anne-Marie Hearne, training manger, Waitrose and Sarah Cook, managing director, The Stairway Partnership, who were both judges at the awards said: “We were impressed with Elior’s approach to customer service training which focused on the customer experience, involved a thorough needs analysis, engaged employees throughout the organisation via the use of service champions and was innovative yet simple in its delivery approach.
“The programme clearly has the support of senior management and has brought about improvements in customer satisfaction and retention and business growth.”
