The award, which Elior has won for the past three years, recognises first class service given by switchboard teams.
Elior’s team wowed mystery shopping company Genesis during their judging process. They consistently achieved the ‘gold standard’ when Genisis called in with 40 queries during the course of a month to monitor time, announcement and handling skills.
Reception support manager Carri Coakley led the team to victory. She explains: “At Elior it’s the whole experience that matters so to be recognised as the best switchboard team thanks to the great service we provide is a fantastic start to 2013.
“The whole team has worked together to maintain this top spot. We have regular one-to-ones where we listen to calls and chat through ways of making the customer experience even better for Lawrence Graham”
