Operating under the name ‘Murrayfield Experience’, Elior manages all the on-site catering from 13 kitchens, for up to 4,000 customers across 28 rooms on a match day. It also operates a growing conference facility.
The Eat Safe Award is an incentive launched by the Food Standards Agency to encourage caterers to achieve outstanding levels of food hygiene and food safety management. Only those deemed to be of an exceptional standard are presented with this prestigious award.
James Nicholson, site director, Elior UK, says: “It’s great to gain recognition for the team’s hard work over the last two years. We’ve completely rethought our approach to food and drink at the stadium.
