Lexington is a respected caterer in the City of London with a strong portfolio of leading London organisations. It has turnover in excess £30 million and a combined team of over 650 employees.
Lexington was established in 2002 by Mike Sunley, Katharine Lewis and Rachel Lindner. It currently holds contracts across London and the South East of England, including leading law firms, hedge funds and creative agencies.
Tim West, Chairman of Lexington, will be appointed as Director and Non-Executive Chairman of Elior UK. Mike Sunley will be Chief Executive of Lexington, joining Catherine Roe, Chief Executive of Elior UK on the Executive Committee.
