Elior UK has secured a five-year contract with renowned arts centre, An Lanntair, as their new catering partner. The contract will see Elior manage the catering and hospitality at the influential arts centre based in Stornoway, Scotland.
With extensive experience within the leisure sector, Elior impressed An Lanntair’s board with its dedication to providing an impeccable food experience powered by a flawless operation delivering on quality and consistency. Elior will manage corporate hospitality in addition to looking after the venue’s daytime, evening and bar offer.
In a phased approach, An Lanntair will first reopen the ground floor with Elior teasing what’s to come by providing refreshments and lite-bites on the forecourt via a catering pod. Phase two of the venue’s reopening is expected in mid-September when Elior will assume operation of the indoor café and bars.
