The company is also in the running for the Award for Excellence in Learning & Development thanks to the innovation of its eXperience programme, which has helped inspire and motivate the whole workforce.
Training Journal Awards
Elior’s Healthcare Division has been nominated for the Best Training Partnership Award in The Training Journal Awards for its unique partnership with Age UK Training. Together the teams have developed a training course specific to the residential care sector allowing employees to deliver person-centred service to vulnerable customers with confidence.
The programme is also up for The Training Journal Awards Best Customer Service Training Programme Award.
Tim Hammond, chief executive of Elior UK, says: “As a company we focus on consistently delivering service with a smile to our customers. Instrumental to this is a strong strategy focused on people. Without our award-winning HR team Elior as a business couldn’t deliver these great experiences we’ve become famous for.”
All four awards will be announced in November.
