A bore well was gifted to the villagers of Pallapu Chamavaram, in the Indian state of Andhara Pradesh.

Azure Catering, part of Elior UK, has provided clean water for over 10,000 people in India and Africa through its work with water charity Drop 4 Drop.

The team at the recently opened American Express Community Stadium in Brighton partnered with the Brighton based organisation to sell bottled and filtered Life water at the site. Proceeds from sales of the water resulted in over 98,000 litres of clean drinking water being provided to deprived areas.

Elliott Moore, general manager at the stadium explains the collaboration: “The charity is a very worthy cause; more than a sixth of the world’s population currently do not have access to clean drinking water. As a result of this success, we’re now aiming to get clean water to at least another 10,000 people by the end of this year.”
