Elior UK has won the Switchboard of the Year award for the second year running, thanks to the first class service of its switchboard team at Lawrence Graham.

The team, contracted to provide reception and switchboard services to the leading City law firm, consistently achieved the 'gold standard' for switchboard calls. It came in joint first place with Linklaters, seeing off competition from 60 other businesses.

Genesis Communications, the telephone mystery shopper company, monitored time, announcement and handling skills to determine the winners.
