This is Peter’s third win in the history of the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards. In 2003 he won the Competition Award and the Development Chef Award in 2011.

Peter says: “It’s an honour and a pleasure to have received this respected award. It isn’t just down to me though – there’s a whole team of individuals within the Elior business who have had a part to play in this success and I thank them all wholeheartedly.”
