The brief was to improve and enhance the catering and hospitality services to reflect the importance Egger places on the welfare of its 551 employees, by offering an exceptional customer experience, seven days a week.

Elior aims to move hot dishes from traditional canteen service to a more contemporary plated or one-pot style service, which will improve presentation and through improved portion control, deliver additional cost benefits to Egger.
Three hot daily meal options will include a meat, fish and vegetarian option together with a salad bar/deli to maximise choice. A newly introduced bean-to- cup coffee concept will be complemented with the launch of an on-site bakery range including homemade cakes, bakes and breakfast pastries. The offer is completed with a chilled grab-and-go section featuring a range of freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, snack pots and individual desserts.
