Since studying Hotel management at the University of New Hampshire, USA, some 25 years ago, Matt has held a number of high-profile operational roles at 5-star hotels and restaurants, inclusive of the Grosvenor House on London’s Park Lane and the Harbour Club in Chelsea.
His career in corporate food service started in the early 2000’s and he has held senior operational and strategic management roles with direct responsibility for leading national accounts. Matt was delighted to be awarded a “Food service Catey” in 2015.
In January 2022 Matt joined Lexington as Managing Director, our award-winning industry, and independent schools’ caterers; working with some of the world’s most successful global brands. Lexington champion sustainable and social value causes, especially around responsible sourcing, use and re-use of ingredients, as well as helping to provide career opportunities and food for those in need in our society.
